Candidates for this position must be detail-oriented and able to keep up with a fast paced, busy work environment. Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pmLocation

$22 to $24 an hourResponsibilities
- Answer department phone line, address messages, and respond to requests.
- Maintain data base.
- Generate/maintain physical and electronic client files, active and terminated.
- Promote excellent customer relations support.
- Meet regularly with the Dept. team to share ideas and suggestions to improve programs and services.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to adjust to abrupt changes in priorities and schedules.
- Requires basic understanding of financial, accounting business, payroll and human resources principles.
