Construction Warehouse Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced candidate to join their team as a Construction Warehouse Manager. With a minimum of 3 years’ of working with construction materials and equipment, inventory, and operations, you will take the lead on overseeing the efficient operations of the warehouse, support field teams, maintaining compliance and optimizing supply chain workflows.

Hours

Full-time, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Location

Sand Island, Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$20 to $28 an hour

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management, track incoming and outgoing materials, tools, and equipment at multiple job sites.
• Logistics & Distribution, coordinate deliveries to pickups and transfers.
• Warehouse Operations.
• Compliance, ensuring proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to OSHA.
• Team Leadership, overseeing and supervise warehouse staff including training, scheduling and other duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse or logistics experience in construction or industrial settings.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to operate forklift effectively.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Able to work extended hours if needed.
• knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
