Our client is looking for an experienced candidate to join their team as a Building Maintenance Technician. You will play a key role in keeping the community and facility in a clean and orderly condition by performing all general unit and community maintenance, coordinating outside vendors as needed, and completing all phases of preparing a unit. You will be troubleshooting, groundskeeping, responding to repair and service working, along with preparing maintenance reports. There is room for growth with great benefits upon qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Use general hand tools, pressure washer, and paint sprayer.
  • Perform all general unit and community maintenance.
  • Fix sink disposals and perform light plumbing.
  • Grounds and housekeeping work.
  • Prepare maintenance report.
  • Clean, polish, wash, replenish bathroom supplies and change light bulbs.
  • Empty trash and trash port area.

Qualifications

  • Must have Diploma or GED.
  • Previous building maintenance experience.
  • We are a zero-tolerance company.
  • Must be friendly.
  • Able to work on your own and with others.
