$23 an hourResponsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact by answering phones and assisting walk-in clients.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Receive, process, and distribute incoming mail.
- Copy, scan, file, and maintain important documents.
- Prepare narrative and numerical reports.
- Maintain office equipment and supplies.
- Support additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of office or administrative experience.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse communities.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and state/federal background check.
