This role assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR systems.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy acknowledgments.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment and changes.
  • Support payroll preparation by maintaining accurate employee data and time records.
  • Help coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR events.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information.
  • Assist with compliance reporting and audits as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of administrative or HR-related experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
