- Support recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR systems.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy acknowledgments.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist with benefits enrollment and changes.
- Support payroll preparation by maintaining accurate employee data and time records.
- Help coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR events.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information.
- Assist with compliance reporting and audits as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of administrative or HR-related experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
