A local health care facility is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join their Dietary Services team. This assignment is an ongoing temporary role with the possibility of becoming a permanent position in the future, and is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient food service environment in a fast-paced medical care facility. Hours

Full-time, Various Shifts/Hours | Sunday to Saturday, 6:00am-2:30pm or 10:30am-7:00pm

Location

Kealakekua, Big Island

Pay

$23 an hour

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using dish machines and by hand.
• Clear and clean tables; wipe and reset dining areas.
• Sweep, mop, and clean kitchen and dining areas between meal services.
• Empty trash, break down boxes, and transport waste to the dumpster.
• Stock kitchen and dining supplies; assist with basic food prep as needed.
• Support kitchen staff by maintaining clean dishes and monitoring cleanliness and equipment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
• Minimum 6 months of recent and related work experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs and stand for an extended period of time.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check required.
• Must be able to obtain a TB card for health and safety compliance.
