Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Location

Kailua-Kona, Big Island

Pay

$25 to $30 an hour, Based on Experience

Responsibilities

• Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
• Review client and vehicle data before they arrive, when possible.
• Greet clients and gather vehicle information.
• Write up vehicle issues on repair orders.
• Ensure a thorough check-in process, including vehicle walk-arounds and presentations.
• Offer advice on car care and the benefits of maintaining vehicles according to manufacturer specs.
• Provide accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts.
• Check on the progress of repair throughout the day.
• Maintain clear communication with both customers and technicians
• Inform clients about any changes in estimates or timelines and obtain their approval for any additional repairs.
• Ordering, tracking and stocking parts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
