The Training Specialist partners closely with the HR Team to design, deliver, and support training programs for both clients and internal employees. This role facilitates engaging, compliant, and practical learning experiences while managing training logistics and attendance tracking through Salesforce. Success in this role requires adaptability to different learning styles, audiences, and business environments.

Full-time, Mon-Fri, 7:30am - 4:30pm

Pay

$75,000 to $100,000 a year, DOE

Responsibilities

  • Assess training needs and align learning solutions with HR and compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate engaging HR, compliance, leadership, and workplace training for clients and employees.
  • Adapt content and delivery for diverse audiences, learning styles, and business environments.
  • Manage training schedules, registrations, and attendance tracking in Salesforce.
  • Maintain accurate training records and reports.
  • Develop and update training materials using adult learning and inclusive design principles.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in learning & development, HR training, or professional services.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • PEO, HR consulting, or professional services experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Hawai'i and federal employment laws helpful.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, virtual learning tools, and Salesforce (or similar CRM) a plus.
  • HR or training certifications (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, ATD) preferred.
