The Learning and Development Specialist designs and delivers impactful training programs for both clients and internal teams, partnering closely with HR to support compliance, leadership development, and effective workplace practices across diverse industries.

$75,000 to $100,000 a year, DOEResponsibilities
- Assess training needs and align learning solutions with HR and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate engaging HR, compliance, leadership, and workplace training for clients and employees.
- Adapt content and delivery for diverse audiences, learning styles, and business environments.
- Manage training schedules, registrations, and attendance tracking in Salesforce.
- Maintain accurate training records and reports.
- Develop and update training materials using adult learning and inclusive design principles.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in learning & development, HR training, or professional services.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
- PEO, HR consulting, or professional services experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Hawaii and federal employment laws helpful.
- Experience with LMS platforms, virtual learning tools, and Salesforce (or similar CRM) a plus.
- HR or training certifications (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, ATD) preferred.
