Utility Laborer

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 5 AM - 2:30 PM (Saturday as needed)

Keaau, Big Island

Pay

$18 an hour

Responsibilities

• Safely stack and organize lumber by size, type, and order specifications.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks or trailers.
• Inspect lumber for quality, damage, or defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety protocols and wear proper protective equipment.
• Support general yard operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in construction/carpentry labor in the last 2 years required.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Willingness to work early mornings and Saturday shifts as needed.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs regularly.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to comply to a pre-employment drug test.
