Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Location

Pay

$45,000 to $70,000 a year

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices to ensure all vendor payments are issued accurately and on time.
• Address outstanding balances and follow up with clients to ensure prompt collection of premiums.
• Manage incoming checks from clients and process refund checks for vendors as needed.
• Maintain organized records and assist with basic account reconciliations.
• Professionally handle phone calls or emails regarding billing questions or payment status.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic, aptitude for numbers, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and double-checking work.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently without overlooking important details.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
