This position will be responsible for to supervises and motivate medical staff team to ensure quality service is provided. Meets or exceeds annual established goals in the area of service quality, customer satisfaction and specific procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Represents management and the organization to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
  • Anticipates future operational needs and impacts; implements process improvements as appropriate.
  • Implements, coordinates, and continuously monitors service delivery operations.
  • Ensures compliance with current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Partners with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders to maximize participation and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Monitors and manages operational expenses.
  • Assists with the development of procedures and process improvements.
  • Works closely with recruitment and operations teams to meet departmental goals.
  • Assists leadership in establishing operational and department-related goals.
  • Participates in production planning; manages and monitors overall operations through quality control measures.
  • Hires employees, provides ongoing performance assessments, and conducts annual reviews.
  • Assists in monitoring, tracking, and delivering monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
  • Ensures employees have the training, tools, and resources needed to perform assigned duties.
  • Manages, oversees, evaluates, coaches, disciplines, schedules, and trains supervisors and staff.
  • Investigates deviations, identifies root causes, and implements or supports corrective and preventive actions.
  • Encourages employee skill development and supports succession planning through ongoing mentoring, education, and training opportunities, as time and budget allow.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience or 1-2 years of supervisory experience with bachelor’s degree from an accredited university of college
  • Preferred three (3) years of experience in health-related field
  • Preferred management experience with health-related operation
