A local organization is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the efficient, high-quality operation of assigned donor centers. This role is responsible for staff leadership, operational performance, donor experience, compliance with standard operating procedures, and achievement of collection and service goals. The Manager collaborates with recruitment and leadership teams to achieve collection targets, uphold quality standards, and develop a motivated, well-trained center team.

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

$55,000 to $58,000 a year

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of assigned centers, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Supervise, coach, schedule, and evaluate the center staff; support hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory standards, and quality requirements.
  • Monitor center experience and service quality; implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with recruitment and collections leadership to meet collection goals.
  • Oversee collections and product quality control.
  • Track operational metrics, expenses, and KPIs; assist with reporting and performance analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using established database systems.
  • Investigate operational deviations, conduct root cause analysis, and support corrective and preventive actions.
  • Serve as a liaison with customers, community partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with SOP development, technical documentation, and special projects as needed.
  • Represent management and model organizational values and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare or health-related field.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Management experience in a clinical or healthcare operations setting preferred.
