In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our organization, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruptions to our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay

$20 to $24 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve daily IT helpdesk inquiries and issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware problems and IT-related issues.
  • Execute various IT tasks based on provided instructions and guidelines.
  • Proficiently utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Access, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and perform additional IT-related duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Windows 7, Windows 10, and Microsoft Office.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Power Platform, Network+, laptop hardware support, helpdesk operations, A++, and cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot computer, printer, and software issues.
  • Microsoft Access, VBA, Hyper-V, Server 2018, and Linux experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficient internet skills and working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs.
