$40,000 to $45,000 a yearResponsibilities
- Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, reviewing, and answering email.
- Process transactions and check requests on a daily basis.
- Follow up on delinquent payments.
- Assist with project-based accounting and filing (Development, Accounting, Credit Cards).
- Handle Balance Sheet account reconciliations.
- Analyze and approve financial statements for multiple entities.
- Process transactions, and update ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Provide support to the accounting department, including administrative tasks, accounts payable, GET filings, audits, resolving discrepancies, etc.
Qualifications
- Accounting education preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting (incl. GL, JE’s, financial reporting, balance sheet, income statement & cash flow).
- Experience in QuickBooks & AppFolio.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams.
- Background check and drug test contingent upon offer
