We are seeking a dedicated and precise individual to join our team in Waipahu, Oahu. If you excel at reading plans, executing complex fabrications from start to finish, and are proficient in multiple welding processes, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality welding across various processes: TIG, MIG, Stick, and Wire.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering plans for structural steel and metal sections.
• Execute precise layout, fabrication, and assembly of components from start to finish.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong background and proven proficiency in TIG, MIG, Stick, and Wire welding.
• Expert ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and understand complex measurements for accurate layout and fabrication.
• Capability to work independently, managing fabrication projects from initial concept to completion.
• Excellent ability to follow both verbal and written instructions and safety protocols.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to verify welding experience.
