Full-time, 7:00AM - 4:00PM

Pay

$22 to $26 an hour

Responsibilities

• Execute precision wheel alignments using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment.
• Adjust suspension components (camber, caster, and toe) to meet exact manufacturer specifications.
• Perform full-service tire work, including mounting, balancing, rotation, and repair.
• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections, with a focus on suspension and tire integrity.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to clearly communicate technical findings and repair recommendations.
• Uphold high-quality service standards and strictly follow manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of hands-on, verifiable automotive shop experience, specifically with alignment and tire services.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 75lbs and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Strict adherence to a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
