In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their financial journey. As an integral part of our organization, you will work closely with financial advisors to deliver a seamless and positive client experience.

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm

$45,000 to $65,000 a year

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and managing service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with financial advisors to prepare and maintain comprehensive financial planning documentation.
  • Execute account operations, including transfers, contributions, withdrawals, and required minimum distributions (RMDs).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in CRM systems and financial planning software.
  • Assist with compliance-related tasks and coordinate with custodial partners.
  • Compile and organize materials for client review meetings and create detailed meeting agendas.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on client service.
  • Proven track record in the financial services or wealth management industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and financial planning software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Series 6, 7, 63, and/or 66 licenses (preferred).
