We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for retail excellence, team development, and operational efficiency.

Full-time, Monday-Sunday, 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, task delegation, and follow-up on results.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop store staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Coach, counsel, and evaluate employees to ensure productivity and professional growth.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets; monitor expenses and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure outstanding service standards.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure merchandise availability.
  • Implement and enforce loss prevention and security measures.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment for employees and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Analyze sales reports and financial statements to adjust marketing and operational strategies.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing training and development.
  • Enforce operational and personnel policies to maintain efficiency and consistency.
  • Contribute to overall company success by achieving store goals and supporting team initiatives.

  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence.
  • Experience in budgeting, expense tracking, and pricing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build vendor relationships and manage inventory.
  • Strategic planning and market knowledge.
