Parts Department Associate (222289)
Responsible for managing and maintaining marine engine parts inventory while delivering excellent customer service across in-person, phone, and email interactions. This role includes preparing and packaging parts for shipment, maintaining organized storage areas, assisting with lifting heavy engine components.

- Manage and maintain inventory of marine engine parts.
- Provide excellent customer service (in-person, phone, and email).
- Answer incoming calls and respond to email inquiries.
- Prepare and package parts for shipment.
- Assist with loading/unloading parts.
- Maintain organized and efficient parts storage areas.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with marine engine parts required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and move up to 100lbs (with assistance from another team member).
