An office located in Downtown Honolulu is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a long-term temporary position. As the first point of contact for the organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and efficient workplace. $20 an hourResponsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take accurate messages and relay information to appropriate staff members.
- Perform filing duties and type documents as needed Utilize templates to generate reports.
- Contact clients using provided phone scripts.
- Learn and adapt quickly to office procedures and systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
