Pay

$95,000 to $115,000 a year

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Assist in developing annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Monitor performance against budget and recommend adjustments to improve financial outcomes.
• Maintain and strengthen internal control systems to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with GAAP, governing documents, and applicable state HOA regulations. Support audit processes and board reporting requirements.
• Oversee cash flow monitoring, optimize liquidity, and support banking relationships to ensure operational stability.
• Support long-term capital planning, reserve studies, assessment strategies, and financial sustainability initiatives.
• Support the Finance Director in long-term financial planning, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making aligned with company growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, management, communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal, analytical and written skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge in employee benefits and labor laws.
• Up to date knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Ability to manage projects and establish priorities with diverse timelines and responsibilities.
