A high-end homeowners resort is looking for a Public Area Attendant! We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about maintaining a pristine and welcoming environment for homeowners and guests. The ideal candidate has a "can-do" attitude, cleaning knowledge, and the ability to work weekends and holidays during the following shift times:

• 5:00am-1:00pm
• 7:00am-3:00pm
• 12:00pm- 8:00pm
• 3:00pm-11:00pm

Pay

$22 an hour

Responsibilities

• Perform routine duties required in the servicing and cleaning of all club facilities.
• Follow the daily cleaning schedule and ensure all duties on the checklist are completed.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the bathrooms - clean, disinfect, and deodorize lavatories, toilet bowls, shower stalls (including outside showers), and bathtubs in all restrooms to maintain a sanitary condition.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the lanais, glass windows, and sliding doors.
• Operate flooring, carpet, and hand equipment for assigned projects.
• Attend to and assist guests' needs.
• Maintain all equipment used daily and report any discrepancies of broken parts to management.
• Observe safe working practices and wear protective equipment while performing assigned tasks, as required.
• Ensure that all Lost and Found items are turned in to Housekeeping or Security by the end of the shift.
• Ensure that key, radio, and completed assignments are turned in to Housekeeping manager.
• Perform other related duties as required by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent, related, and verifiable work experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and cleaning equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
• Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
