Downtown, Honolulu, Oahu Full-time $25 an hour

Seeking a full-time or part-time Bookkeeper for a boutique real estate firm in Downtown Honolulu. This role will oversee monthly tenant billings and ensure that payments for all properties are received in a timely manner. Candidates for this role must be highly detail-oriented and have experience with QuickBooks. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.

Downtown parking will be provided for you!

Pay

$25 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly billings to tenants for all properties and oversee all accounts receivable.
  • Prepare late notices to tenants, including calculating late fees and interest.
  • Communicate with tenants to clear up payment questions or issues as they arise.
  • Perform bank runs.
  • Generate financial reports.
  • Assist with other AR or AP duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • College degree in accounting, finance, business, or other related field preferred.
  • Prior accounting experience required.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency using QuickBooks.
  • Highly detail-oriented and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • 10-key skills.
