Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pmLocation

$23 an hourResponsibilities
- Answer phone calls and take messages.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Type up correspondences.
- Print, collate, and organize documents.
- File and scan documents.
- Assist with other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous administrative experience.
- Previous experience in administrative healthcare or HR preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal) and strong analytical skills.
- General knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, fax, etc.).
- Ability to follow instructions and set procedures.
- Ability to pass a State and Federal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Posses 2 step TB clearance within the past 12 months, or willing to obtain clearance.
- Various vaccinations required.
