Pay

$160,000 to $180,000 a year, Plus annual bonuses

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all financial activities across multiple properties.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial statements, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Advise leadership on financial performance, profitability, and strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal controls and compliance procedures.
  • Manage cash flow, capital expenditures, and financial reporting processes.
  • Hire, mentor, and lead an accounting team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Partner with department heads to interpret financial data and improve operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, tax, and corporate requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of accounting/finance experience.
  • At least 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Hospitality, resort, or property management experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and drive insights.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
