- Lead and oversee all financial activities across multiple properties.
- Prepare and present monthly financial statements, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Advise leadership on financial performance, profitability, and strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls and compliance procedures.
- Manage cash flow, capital expenditures, and financial reporting processes.
- Hire, mentor, and lead an accounting team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Partner with department heads to interpret financial data and improve operations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, tax, and corporate requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of accounting/finance experience.
- At least 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Hospitality, resort, or property management experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and drive insights.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
