A local Kama'aina Company is in need of an Business Development Operations Coordinator to provide support to the Sales Director and HR Business Development Consultants. Multi-tasking and follow-up are key components to this role. Seeking someone strong to serve as the backbone of our sales team. This role drives speed, accuracy, and consistency across the sales lifecycle- owning lead flow, maintaining system integrity, supporting proposals and agreements, and ensuring smooth handoffs from prospecting through client transition.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

$55,000 to $65,000 a year

Responsibilities

  • Support the full sales lifecycle (leads- accounts- opportunities- proposals- agreements)
  • Monitor pipeline activity to ensure timely, accurate completion of required steps and documentation.
  • Track lead outcomes within SLA's and ensure clear communication to Sales Consultants.
  • Resolve data conflicts and maintain lead rotation tracking.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries, including picking up the phone when needed and ensure timely follow up or routing.
  • Generate and review proposals and agreements for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage DocuSign workflows and ensure proper documentation storage and system updates.
  • Create and maintain PTS records and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure smooth handoff to the client care team by maintaining accurate, complete records.
  • Provide support for sales systems (such as Salesforce, PTS, DocuSign and MS office tools)
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new sales team members.
  • Maintain SOP's, documentation, and sales resources.
  • Support scheduling, events, materials coordination, and general Administrative task.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, operations or administrative roles.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (salesforce preferred)
  • Proactively identify and escalate issues with solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Capable of maintaining high levels of organization.
  • Comfortable navigating around different systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
