Recruiting Specialist

We’re seeking a motivated Recruiting Specialist to drive our client's recruitment efforts across warehouse, logistics, driver, and administrative roles. This role combines strategic talent sourcing with hands-on recruiting, partnering closely with department leaders and building relationships with local organizations to strengthen their workforce.

Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Location

Kalihi, Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$55,000 to $65,000 a year

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and create recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for multiple role types.
• Build relationships with local schools, community programs, and workforce initiatives.
• Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and community hiring activities.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure all hiring processes are compliant with applicable laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3+ years’ recruiting experience, ideally in logistics, distribution, or similar industries.
• Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Hawai‘i’s local hiring dynamics strongly preferred.
