A local design firm is seeking a Project Architect to lead project documentation, coordinate with consultants, and support project delivery from design through construction. This role serves as a key technical resource on project teams and works closely with Project Managers and Principals.

Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (flexible)Location

$75,000 to $110,000 a yearResponsibilities
- Lead preparation and coordination of design and construction documents.
- Oversee development of drawings, details, specifications, and technical solutions.
- Coordinate with consultants, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout all project phases.
- Support construction administration, including responding to RFIs and reviewing submittals.
- Assist in resolving technical and design challenges.
- Mentor junior designers and support team development.
- Ensure quality control, accuracy, and adherence to project standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in an architectural firm.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
- Solid understanding of building systems, codes, and construction documentation.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Licensure or progress toward licensure preferred.
