Architecture Project Manager (Remote)

A reputable local architecture firm is seeking a Project Manager to lead project teams, manage client relationships, and ensure successful delivery of projects across all phases. Hours

Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (flexible)

Location

Kaimuki, Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$105,000 to $200,000 a year

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution from concept through construction.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and external partners.
• Oversee design development and ensure alignment with client goals and standards.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project teams.
• Monitor project performance and implement solutions to maintain schedule and quality.
• Support business development and contribute to project pursuits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 10+ years of experience in an architectural firm.
• Proven experience managing projects and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of design, documentation, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and standard design tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
