A distribution company in Pearl City is seeking a Merchandiser / Sales Rep to join their team. This role is responsible for visiting various store branches to maintain product inventory, while also fostering and maintaining store relationships. The qualified candidate will have previous purchasing or merchandising experience and access to a reliable vehicle to travel to various store locations. Full-time, Mon- Fri, 9:00am- 5:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track all inventory levels.
  • Handle any defective or returned merchandise.
  • Oversee customer stock levels and orders.
  • Inspect products and talk to managers about any issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in purchasing or merchandising, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Motivated, hardworking, dependable.
