Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to oversee financial operations, budgeting, accounting, payroll, and procurement activities. This leadership role supports strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial reporting, analysis, and guidance to senior management.

$34.62 an hourResponsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and procurement.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and year-end accounts.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor expenditures and provide financial analysis and recommendations to leadership.
- Oversee payroll-related financial processes and reporting.
- Manage invoicing and financial administration for contracts and international agreements.
- Maintain fixed asset records and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Supervise and support finance staff as needed.
- Collaborate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and purchasing.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. *Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a post-offer background check.
