Seeking a full-time Controller for a local landscape company in Kailua-Kona. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's cash flow and financial planning, maintaining the general ledger, and filing taxes and insurance claims.

Pay
$80,000 to $120,000 a year, pay rate may be higher depending on experienceResponsibilities
- Oversee the company's cash flow and financial planning.
- Review and correct financial reports and data.
- Maintain documents for turnover to CPA.
- Maintain GL account and job cost code list.
- Review A/P and A/R invoices/lists.
- Deposit and post payments.
- Ensure taxes are paid and reports filed in a timely manner.
- Oversee insurance payments and claims.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior CFO or Controller experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Hammertech and Sage100C software.
- Highly detail-oriented and analytical.
