Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-3pm

Location

Kailua-Kona, Big Island

Pay

$20 to $22 an hour

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain an inviting and well-stocked thrift store environment.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Accept and process donations, ensuring items are ready for sale on the floor.
• Collaborate with team members to create attractive merchandise displays.
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and welcoming for all visitors.
• Support the mission of the nonprofit by promoting its values and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move donations and merchandise as needed.
• Flexibility to work during store hours including Saturdays.
