Deliver Driver (Non-CDL)

As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of the company. You will be responsible for the safe operation of a non-CDL, DOT-compliant refrigerated box truck to deliver products to various accounts. This role is physically active, involving not only driving but also on-site merchandising, product rotation, and shelf stocking. We are looking for someone with open availability, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Salary as depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate a refrigerated box truck safely and efficiently.
• Deliver frozen, chilled, and dry products to customer accounts.
• Perform on-site merchandising, including rotating stock to ensure freshness.
• Assist customers by facing shelves and restocking inventory.
• Follow delivery schedules and company procedures precisely.

Qualifications

• Must have open availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule as required.
• Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required.
• Experience: Must have previously verifiable delivery driving experience.
• Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs on an ongoing, daily basis.
• Reliability: Proven track record of being dependable, punctual, and following detailed instructions.
• Compliance: Must be comfortable working in a DOT-regulated environment (Non-CDL).
