Help coordinate the technical and operational aspects of a project in construction, engineering, or infrastructure. Typical responsibilities include reviewing plans and specifications, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, tracking project schedules and budgets, processing RFIs and submittals, assisting with change orders, maintaining project documentation, attending project meetings, and supporting the Project Manager and Superintendent.

Pay
$65,000 to $95,000 a yearResponsibilities
- Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Assist with subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and cost tracking. *Compile pay application backup and process subcontractor invoices for Project Manager review.
- Support scheduling and material procurement.
- Coordinate with design team on technical questions and constructability.
- Assist Superintendent with quality control and punch-list closeout.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in construction project management with a minimum of 3 years in the industry.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel data analysis), Bluebeam, ProCore, and other construction management software.
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, site logistics, and civil engineering project management software.
- Hands-on experience with construction plans, contracts, and change order processes.
- Knowledge of heavy civil projects including infrastructure or large-scale commercial developments.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
