Temporary Roofing Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a reliable and dependable Customer Service Representative to assist our client in their call center on a temporary basis. This person will be taking heavy inbound calls and scheduling appointments, following up with referred leads, utilizing a CRM (customer relationship management) software system, and coordinating with other internal teams. The ideal candidate must be familiar with the Islands for dispatching, comfortable handling a multitude of phone calls, and adept at organization and time management.

Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Location

Waipio, Oahu

Pay

$22 to $25 an hour

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming and outgoing calls.
• Respond to customer questions, inquiries by phone or email.
• Document customer conversations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain and update customer inquiries and status.
• Enter customer information into company database or spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong customer service or administrative experience, preferably in an office setting.
• Previous utilization of a CRM software tool is a plus.
• Must be familiar with the island of Oahu.
• Proficient with Microsoft office.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Dependable with strong problem solving abilities.
