Seeking Seasonal Mail Order Operators for a local confectionery company to assist their customers with placing orders.

Full-time, Monday-Friday, including weekends 7:30am-6:00pm (various shifts, part-time available))Location

$17 an hourResponsibilities
- Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries.
- Assist customers with placing mail orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service and 1 year of administrative experience required.
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays as needed.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work well with others and follow instructions.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
