Our client is looking for an experienced candidate to join their team as a Building Maintenance Technician. You will play a key role in keeping the community and facility in a clean and orderly condition by performing all general unit and community maintenance, coordinating outside vendors as needed, and completing all phases of preparing a unit. You will be troubleshooting, groundskeeping, responding to repair and service orders, and preparing maintenance reports. There is room for growth with great benefits upon qualification.

- Use general hand tools, pressure washer, and paint sprayer.
- Perform all general unit and community maintenance.
- Fix sink disposals and perform light plumbing.
- Grounds and housekeeping work.
- Prepare maintenance report.
- Clean, polish, wash, replenish bathroom supplies, and change light bulbs.
- Empty trash and trash port area.
Qualifications
- Must have Diploma or GED.
- Previous building maintenance experience.
- We are a zero-tolerance company.
- Must be friendly.
- Able to work on your own and with others.
