Parts Counter Sales

Are you someone who enjoys figuring things out, helping customers, and making sure the job gets done right? We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Parts Counter Associate to join a busy team in the heavy equipment industry.

Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

Location

Waipahu, Oahu

Pay

$23 to $25 an hour

Responsibilities

• Help customers and service team members find the parts they need.
• Research part numbers, pricing, and availability.
• Respond to customer questions by phone and in person.
• Prepare and process parts orders accurately.
• Coordinate with vendors to source items that aren’t currently in stock.
• Keep customers and coworkers updated on special orders and incoming parts.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
• Maintain accurate order, billing, and payment information.
• Help keep the parts area organized and running efficiently.
• Learn new products and equipment to better assist customers.
• Work closely with the service and parts teams to resolve issues and keep jobs moving.
• Maintain accurate billing and documentation for parts orders.
• Process customer payments and charge transactions as needed.
• Assist with inventory replenishment and organization.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts counter and work area.
• Stay current on products and participate in required training.

• Reliable and able to follow through on commitments.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Able to research information and troubleshoot problems.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to help wherever needed.
• Interest in equipment, automotive, mechanical, or parts-related work.
