Local company seeking a high-level Customer Service Rep for a remote call center and data entry work. The day-to-day duties of this role will include answering calls and assisting callers with questions. Candidates will need to be familiar with navigating computer programs, possess previous customer service experience, and have the ability to speak and communicate professionally. This position can grow into entry level IT position over time for the right candidate.

$45,000 a yearResponsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Assist callers with resolving problems that may arise.
- Ability to summarize voicemails and pass to the correct teams.
- Assist with backlog of processing annual filings.
Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience, required.
- Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner.
- Highly communicative and able to articulate and write well.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot computers and issues as they come up.
- Able to pass state/federal background check.
