- Perform general janitorial and custodial duties.
- Clean and maintain common areas.
- Collect and empty trash/recycling receptacles.
- Replenish supplies (paper products, toiletries, etc.).
- Sweep, mop, and perform surface cleaning as required.
- Maintain the general cleanliness and appearance of the property.
Qualifications
- Schedule: Must be available to work scheduled shifts.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Personal cell phone use should be limited to non-working hours and kept out of sight.
- Able to consistently lift 75lbs ongoing basis.
- Previous verifiable experience.
