Pay
$50 to $55 an hourResponsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care, administer medications, and assist physicians with diagnostic procedures and testing.
- Maintain high standards of nursing care while providing education and guidance to patients, families, and staff.
- Coordinate care with members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team and participate in patient care conferences.
- Monitor and support compliance with required training, in-services, and other mandatory educational requirements.
Qualifications
- Ability to develop individualized patient care plans and remain calm and effective during emergency situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the physical ability and flexibility required for the role.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, professional nursing standards, and patient confidentiality.
- Strong health assessment abilities and the ability to participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current license to practice nursing in the State of Hawaii.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current TB clearance.
