Pay

$48 to $64 an hour, depending on experience and assignment

Responsibilities

• Provide physical care to patients, administer medications, and assist physicians with diagnostic tests.
• Act as a team leader, evaluate team members' performance, and adjust nursing care plans accordingly.
• Demonstrate quality care by following standards of care and educating patients and staff.
• Coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members and participate in patient care conferences.
• Act as a temporary nurse manager when necessary and ensure compliance with mandatory trainings and in-services.

Qualifications

• Ability to create individual patient care plans and respond calmly in emergency situations.
• Strong interpersonal skills, physical capability, and adaptability to change.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards and confidentiality.
• Health assessment skills and ability to contribute to interdisciplinary treatment planning.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current license to practice in the State of Hawaii.
• Current BLS certification.
• TB Clearance.
