Pay$17 to $25 an hour
- Handle phone calls and answer accounting inquiries.
- Audit vendor accounts for accuracy.
- Monitor A/P. Verify invoices for accuracy and process payments in a timely manner.
- Verify timesheets for accuracy, input payroll data, and process payroll.
- Maintains bank account transactions and performs bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial files and generate reports as needed.
- Prior accounting background required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with strong initiative.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and advance professionally.
