Customer Service / Office Clerk (196081-14)

Are you looking for full-time work with shifts that start in the early morning? This position might be perfect for you! A local seafood wholesaler is currently looking for a Customer Service / Office Clerk responsible for checking out customers, cash handling, invoicing, and answering phones to take orders.

Parking will be provided.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm, 1-2 Saturdays a month

Location

Sand Island, Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$14 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and answer any questions or inquiries.
  • Collect cash payments and check out customers.
  • Print invoices.
  • Maintain accurate invoice files.
  • Answer multi-line phones and take orders.
  • Perform general office duties such as printing, copying, maintaining office inventory, etc.

Qualifications

  • Prior customer service, retail, and/or office experience.
  • Friendly personality with good customer service skills.
  • Accurate calculation skills.
  • Ability to work every other weekend as needed.
