You will serve as one of the company's first point of contacts, therefore you must be presentable, highly professional, and customer-service oriented.
HoursFull-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
LocationAla Moana, Honolulu, Oahu
Pay$18 an hour
- Answer phone calls and provide assistance to callers.
- Meet and greet clients at the office.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable related duties.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, copying, etc.
- Minimum 2 years of related office experience required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver high-level customer service.
- Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in architecture or engineering preferred, but not required.
