Join an established architecture firm right here in Honolulu! They currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle a wide range of office related tasks.

You will serve as one of the company's first point of contacts, therefore you must be presentable, highly professional, and customer-service oriented.

Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Ala Moana, Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$18 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and provide assistance to callers.
  • Meet and greet clients at the office.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable related duties.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, copying, etc.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of related office experience required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver high-level customer service.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in architecture or engineering preferred, but not required.
