Seeking a full-time Admin Assistant for a busy warehouse near the Honolulu Airport. Work alongside the Warehouse Supervisor and handle a variety of reception and administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing shipping and order documents.
HoursFull-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
LocationAirport Area, Honolulu, Oahu
- Answer all incoming phone calls.
- Maintain email inbox and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Greet customers and vendors.
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Pull inventory, shipping, and order lists.
- Perform light data entry.
- Copy, fax, and file.
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
- Friendly personality with good phone etiquette.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in warehouse environment.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Ability to finish tasks in a timely manner.
