Seeking a full-time Admin Assistant for a busy warehouse near the Honolulu Airport. Work alongside the Warehouse Supervisor and handle a variety of reception and administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing shipping and order documents.

Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Airport Area, Honolulu, Oahu

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain email inbox and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Greet customers and vendors.
  • Sort and distribute mail.
  • Pull inventory, shipping, and order lists.
  • Perform light data entry.
  • Copy, fax, and file.

Qualifications

  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
  • Friendly personality with good phone etiquette.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in warehouse environment.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to finish tasks in a timely manner.
