Local insurance agency is looking for a full-time Data Entry Clerk to add to their team! This role will be primarily responsible for processing insurance policies, billing clients in an accurate and timely manner, and scanning all related paperwork.
HoursFull-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (with 1 hour lunch)
Pay$13 to $15 an hour
- Prepare invoices for new and renewal insurance policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations.
- Ensure invoiced transactions are verified and accurate.
- Assist with identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors.
- Scan all related paperwork and ensure quality of scans.
- Assist with general office related tasks, such as filing, copying, data entry, mail distribution, etc.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel.
- Must pay high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Parking is not provided, but there is some street parking available.
