Responsibilities

  • Take phone calls.
  • Follow up on payments and missing documents.
  • Answer questions regarding policy changes, new/existing services, etc.
  • Send out insurance cards.
  • Schedule appointments and send appointment reminders.
  • Handle other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Prior sales, retail, and/or customer service experience helpful.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with outstanding verbal and written communication.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
